We believe in doing what you love and loving what you do. Our team includes people who bring enthusiasm to the table while being themselves and having fun.

Those who “unleash” immediately send a stellar response to a special customer request — even if they receive the request at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday. Or they take the initiative to put together a plan to improve a business process and share it with their supervisor — without anyone asking.

  1.  Integrity

We believe integrity means doing what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it. Our team members keep their word, deliver on their promises, stay focused on their goals, and take accountability for their actions. If something needs to get done; our team members get it done.

Our team takes integrity seriously. For example, a team member who knows they won’t be able to complete a task on time lets their supervisor know. This individual accepts responsibility for the fact that they won’t be able to finish a task on schedule. At this point, that team member won’t be disparaged or humiliated; their supervisor can help them get back on track.

 

  1. Excellence

We believe in leveling up as much as possible as often as possible. Our team members are responsible for reviewing and testing their own work. If they identify problems along the way, these issues must be addressed. On the other hand, if team members believe their work is good to go, they should be happy with their results. But they should continuously pursue opportunities to get better at what they do.

Mobilize’s excellence comes from our team’s commitment to growth. We have actionable structures in place to track our performance. In addition, we prioritize external accountability. Every task is reviewed by the person responsible for it. Only if this individual gives their 100% stamp of approval can a task be moved to the next team member in the approval process.

We believe in hiring people who are committed to what they do. Our team members are responsible for contributing to our company’s goals, working smart, and being consistent in their everyday activities.

Our staff’s commitment is constantly on display. If a team misses a goal, each member contributes to an action plan to ensure the same problem won’t happen again. If someone needs to take an unplanned day off, he or she outlines what’s been prepared, what may come up, and who will be responsible on their team.

The aforementioned values apply to every member of our team. They make us who we are and, to date, have helped us make a difference in the world of business.

We founded the Queer Business Alliance (QBA), which creates collaborative events and experiences designed to foster connection and advance LGBTQ+ professionals. Our events and mentorship programs provide a context for authentic dialogue between LGBTQ+ professionals, and they provide access to a network of motivated business owners who want to connect with other members of the LGBTQ+ community.

QBA is composed of LGBTQ+ business owners who are passionate about seeing LGBTQ+ people thrive. Our members equip one another with tools and resources to help their respective businesses succeed. Plus, we welcome everyone — regardless of where business owners come from or whatever they do, we’re here to support you.
